Ivan has over a decade of experience in nonprofit leadership. He is deeply committed to underserved populations in the community, drawing on his experience in leading capital campaigns and strategic growth initiatives for various organizations. Mr. Jackson’s most recent role was serving as Executive Director at Lift-Up, an organization assisting residents of the Western Mountain region of Colorado with food insecurity issues. Ivan and his wife share six children and enjoy hiking with Alex, their Bernese mountain dog.

Blue Sky Bridge's presentation will focus on what every community leader should know 1) the prevalence of child sexual abuse 2) how child advocacy centers collaborate with law enforcement and other partners to intervene and 3) how Blue Sky Bridge's unique three part approach which adds prevention education and therapy to the intervention model works.  It will also cover a few ways that people can get involved in service of our mission of addressing and eradicating child abuse.
